Why MELT?

I have already mentioned how MELT saved my career in bodywork and got me out of daily pain but WHY MELT? Why not another modality? I had done physical therapy and massage and they both helped but for me it was not feasible to do them several times a week in order to keep the pain at bay while I still worked. With MELT I was able to do it a few times a week at home for half an hour or less and get the results that I needed.

MELT empowered me to take charge of my own healing. It teaches you to listen to your body, identify the areas of stuck stress and gives you tools to rehydrate those areas. It helps my repetitive stress symptoms but far beyond that has taught me how to take better care of my aging body, how to become more mobile and more stable and as a result I have been able to get stronger. It allows me to prepare for and recover from adventures the Tetons which is, after all, why I’ve been here for 34 years.
