Sessions are 60 minutes. Allow for a 75 minute visit so we have time to check in, and you have time to rest after our session.

First sessions are 75–90 minutes based on the individual’s needs. We will take time to do a verbal intake and create a MELT map customized specifically for you. Subsequent sessions are typically 60 minutes.

Pricing varies based the size of your group, location, and number of classes. We can customize any session or package that suits your needs.
